Mumbai: Shilpa Bhat Awchat has been appointed as AVP at Eureka Forbes. In her new role, Shilpa will strengthen the organisation’s leadership capability, training excellence and people development initiatives aligned with Eureka Forbes’ growth roadmap.
Earlier at Eureka Forbes, Shlipa served as Head of Training. She led enterprise-wide training initiatives and capability development programs.
Before Eureka Forbes, she was DGM – Learning & Development at Skechers South Asia.
Even previously, Shilpa worked with Amazon as Learning Manager – Last Mile, with Vodafone Idea as GM -Training – Customer Operations, PUMA Group as Regional Training Manager – Wesr and Jean Claude Biguine as Business Manager.
