New Delhi: Shipra Sharma has been promoted to Director – Colleague & Labour Relations, American Express.
In her new role, Shipra will strengthen the enterprise-wide colleague relations, labour governance, and compliance frameworks.
This supports American Express’ people-first culture and long-standing commitment to trust, integrity and colleague advocacy.
She drove a strong Speaking Up culture and managed complex, high-risk employee relations matters with rigour and empathy.
Previously, she served as Manager – APAC, Colleague & Labour Relations, where she led multi-market CLR capabilities across ANZ, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
She was also the Manager – Employee & Labour Relations at American Express, where she established the CLR function for India in 2012.
Before joining American Express, Shipra held HR roles at WNS Global Services, Spanco BPO and Hyper Quality India.
