Pune: Karishhma Kumar has been appointed as the CIO of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India.
In her new role, Karishhma will lead the enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap across Volkswagen, Skoda Auto, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche in India.
She will also lead cybersecurity governance, cloud modernisation, data-driven innovation, manufacturing excellence and customer experience across these 6 automotive brands.
Previously, she worked with Beiersdorf, leading the India IT Service Line and also with Otis Elevator.
Still earlier, she headed IT & Digital Initiatives at Tata Motors Insurance Broking & Advisory Services and also led Tata Motors’ CRM transformation.
Initially, she had worked with Omnitech InfoSolutions, Futurism Technologies and DesignTech Systems.
