Divya Mathew Takes Over as Head – Talent Acquisition at Bangalore Airport

Bengaluru: Divya Mathew has been promoted as Head of Talent Acquisition at Bengalore International Airport (BIAL).

In her new role, Divya will lead an end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to support the airport’s growth and operational excellence.

In her current role, she is responsible for strengthening hiring frameworks and building future-ready talent pipelines.

Earlier, Divya has served in different HR roles with CriticaLog India, ansrsource, GMR Group and Positive Moves.
