Mumbai: Mythili Sarathy has been promoted to VP – Enterprise Transformation Group, Chairman’s Office, Reliance Industries.
In this new role, Mythili will drive enterprise-wide transformation, organisational leadership systems and special strategic initiatives across the Reliance Group.
She will contribute to enterprise transformation programs, leadership capability building, organisational effectiveness initiatives and business process excellence across key businesses of Reliance Industries.
She had earlier served at the Chairman’s Office at Reliance Industries as Special Initiatives Lead, Managing Business Partner – Polymer & SCM, Member, Chairman’s Offive and Head of Talent Management.
Previously, Mythili was Head of Strategy and Sr Management Advisor as well as CHRO at SLOANEBUILT in Australia.
Before that, she had held HR roles at Payoda Technologies, Microsoft, CDOT Alcatel Lucent Research Center and AIIMS Education.
