Gurugram: Vertex Group has appointed Puneeta Rajwant as Head of Business Support and Administration.
In her new role, Rajwant will help shape the company’s growth strategy by strengthening core operations and building scalable, technology-led support systems.
Rajwant brings more than 25 years of experience across global technology and services organisations, including Teleperformance India, R1 RCM, Dell International Services, and Convergys. She has led large-scale operations covering facilities management, real estate, and workplace services.
Known for driving technology-enabled operational excellence, Rajwant has consistently used automation, IoT-based systems, and data-led planning to improve efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes. Her experience in building integrated operational ecosystems is expected to help Vertex Group turn its backend functions into a strong competitive advantage.
At Vertex Group, Rajwant will focus on three key priorities. These include setting up new, technology-enabled facilities to support expansion, launching and scaling the company’s InfraTech business vertical, and strengthening talent acquisition and workforce management through data-driven platforms.
