Gurugram: Parul Balana has been promoted to the role of VP – Global People Business Partner, Group Infrastructure at HSBC.
In her new role, Parul will partner with global leadership teams to drive people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness and support development initiatives across the Group infrastructure function.
Earlier, Parul was AVP HR Consulting, Group Infrastructure at HSBC, where she supported leadership in talent management, succession planning, organizational restructuring and employee engagement initiatives.
Previously, Parul held various HR roles with KPMG Global Services, PwC India and Infosys.
