New Delhi, 29 Apr, (CXO Media): Deloitte has appointed Sankalp Lall as Senior Vice President. The move adds an operations and transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience at Fidelity International to the firm’s senior leadership team.
Lall joins Deloitte after spending close to 20 years at Fidelity International, where he most recently served as Head of Shadow COO and India Site Capability Leader. In that role, he worked on aligning India operations with global COO priorities and led transformation programmes spanning multiple markets. His experience includes managing cross-functional teams and driving operational changes across retail, workplace investing, and institutional services.
During his time at Fidelity International, Lall held several leadership roles across operations and client services, including Director positions in retail operations, institutional client reporting, and workplace investing operations.
His work focused on process improvements, service delivery, and large-scale operational transitions. Earlier in his career, he worked at Vertex Group and Convergys India Services, where he handled team management and operational delivery roles.
