Bengaluru, 17 Apr, (CXO Media): Wipro-owned Mindsprint has partnered with monday.com to expand AI-led enterprise workflow automation across large organisations.
The partnership combines Mindsprint’s domain-led digital platforms with monday.com’s work operating system to support automation, workflow visibility and data-driven decision-making across business functions such as supply chain, finance and project management. The companies are targeting enterprises seeking to modernise operations through integrated digital platforms rather than standalone tools.
The collaboration comes shortly after Wipro completed the acquisition of Mindsprint from Singapore-based Olam Group in a $375 million deal. The transaction also included an eight-year transformation contract valued at more than $1 billion, reflecting Wipro’s broader push to expand consulting-led and AI-focused services in industry-specific environments.
Mindsprint brings sector-focused capabilities, particularly in food and agribusiness, along with experience in supply chain transformation and enterprise digital operations. The integration with monday.com is expected to support embedded workflow automation and collaboration tools within existing enterprise systems.
The development reflects a wider trend among IT services companies to build platform-based partnerships to accelerate enterprise transformation programmes. Companies such as Accenture, Infosys and HCLTech have also expanded alliances with global software providers to integrate AI tools into enterprise workflows and offer end-to-end transformation services.
Wipro has also signed an agreement to acquire select customer contracts from US-based Alpha Net Consulting for up to $70.8 million. These combined transactions are expected to strengthen Wipro’s application services portfolio and expand its presence in AI-led enterprise operations, while adding incremental annual revenue from newly acquired client engagements.
