Kolkata, Apr 28, (APAC Media): Rituparna Sengupta has been appointed as Pan India Talent Acquisition Head and Corporate HR Manager at Wow! Momo.
In her new role, Rituparna will lead hiring strategy across India and strengthen organizational culture and HR practices relevant for the quick service restaurant history.
She will focus on building scalable talent acquisition frameworks as well as enhancing employer branding. Prior to Wow! Momo, Rituparna spent 7 years with Anmol Industries as Talent Acquisition Head.
She has also won’t in various HR roles with Senplacement, adeo Consultancy and Suvidha Placements.
