At Essar Future Energy, he will drive project execution, enhance operational excellence, and strengthen stakeholder engagement while leading the company’s growth in the evolving energy landscape.
Vibhav has successfully led critical areas of financing, restructuring, divestments, portfolio management and key strategic initiatives such as decarbonisation and energy transition, adding value for all stakeholders. He has well rounded experience across thermal, hydro and renewable, and power transmission and distribution sectors giving him comprehensive insights into the complexities of the energy sector in entirety.
Vibhav, an Electrical Engineer from NIT Warangal, and an alumnus of IIM Mumbai has a stronghold in project execution, business development, capital raising, regulatory matters and operations. Having led the business generating annual EBITDA of over USD 500 Mn in energy sector, Vibhav has proven expertise in managing large, complex contracts, effectively leveraging corporate affairs, driving policy advocacy, turning-around loss making entities and leading transformations resulting in agile and responsive organisations.
