Manesar: Amrita Singh has been elevated to the position of Head of Human Resources at Uno Minda.
The move marks a key step in Singh’s career after more than twenty years in HR. She has built her experience across global IT, manufacturing, textiles, infrastructure, and mobility companies. Over the years, she has worked on HR transformation, talent management, organizational development, and culture building.
Before this promotion, Singh served as the Head of HR- Infotainment (JV) at Uno Minda, wherein she helped strengthen HR governance and capability development. She also played a central role in shaping people practices that support the group’s long-term goals. Her work has helped the company build stronger systems and prepare for future growth.
Before joining Uno Minda, she held senior HR roles at IT BY DESIGN, Genpact, Arvind Limited, Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited, and GMR Group. She contributed to large transformation projects and managed diverse workforce challenges. She holds the SHRM SCP credential and completed the Executive Program in Strategic HRM from IIM Ahmedabad.
In her new role, she will lead Uno Minda’s HR strategy. She will focus on building talent, developing leaders, and supporting the company’s push to strengthen its position in the mobility sector.
