Bengaluru: Divya Amarnath has been appointed as VP and Head – HR, redBus (MakeMyTrip group), effective January 2026.
In her new role, Amarnath will own and lead end-to-end people and facilities strategy across 1500+ employees spanning India and international geographies across redBus, Bitla and Savaari within the MakeMyTrip group.
Her role includes turbocharging both growth and profitability for the Rs 1700 + crore business growing 25% y-o-y.
Earlier, Divya served Godrej Industries Group as Group Head – HR Digital Transformation and Analytics.
Previous to that, she worked with Lenskart.com as VP- Global HR and Employee Relations.
Earlier, she has worked in various HR roles with Flipkart, XSEED Education and Unilever.
