Gurugram: Rahul Agarwal has been appointed Vice President of Information Technology at MakeMyTrip Group.
In his new role, Rahul will lead enterprise technology across MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, RedBus, and other group companies.
Rahul will be responsible for aligning IT strategy and delivery across cloud platforms to support scale, innovation, and operational efficiency. His role covers core areas such as ERP, analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms. A major part of his mandate will be to modernize enterprise systems, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and ensure smooth technology integration to improve both customer experience and business performance.
Rahul brings more than 17 years of experience across IT strategy, ERP transformation, supply chain digitization, and large enterprise programs. Before joining MakeMyTrip Group, he held senior leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, where he served as Head of the Centre of Excellence for Supply Chain and ERP.
Earlier, Rahul worked with The Coca-Cola Company as an IT Strategy and Business Partner for Supply Chain and as Director ERP. He also spent time at KPMG and Deloitte, where he delivered complex Oracle Cloud–based transformation programs for global clients. In addition, he spent over seven years at Polycab, heading ERP and enterprise applications and building deep expertise in manufacturing systems.
