Bengaluru: Snowflake has announced a strategic collaboration with TVS Next, a digital and AI consulting company, to accelerate AI-driven digital transformation for manufacturing companies.
As part of the partnership, TVS Next is leveraging Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud as the core data and AI platform for its NexOps solution, an OT and IT intelligence layer designed for modern manufacturing environments.
Unifying Manufacturing Data on a Single Platform
NexOps enables manufacturers to bring together plant operations data and enterprise data into a single, integrated view. Built on Snowflake, the platform modernizes data pipelines, strengthens governance, and supports scalable AI solutions across global manufacturing operations. This unified data approach helps manufacturers detect inefficiencies, improve operational visibility, and make predictive decisions across factory networks.
By using Snowflake’s secure and scalable platform, NexOps can consolidate structured, semi-structured, IoT, and partner data into one governed environment. For manufacturers operating multiple plants, the solution centralizes real-time streaming data and AI processing without moving data across systems, enabling faster and more consistent decision-making.
Driving AI Use Cases Across Factory Operations
The combined capabilities of Snowflake and TVS Next allow consulting, engineering, and AI teams to design and deploy governed machine learning models at scale. Using tools such as Snowpark Container Services and Snowflake Cortex AI, TVS Next has enabled manufacturers to move from reactive operations to proactive, AI-driven action.
Key use cases include automated downtime capture, improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), predictive maintenance, quality forecasting, multi-plant performance visibility, digital twins, and energy intelligence. These capabilities help improve efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes across manufacturing operations.
Expanding Offerings and Market Reach
Internally, TVS Next is also using Snowflake to power data-driven decision-making across the organization. This has helped accelerate the launch of new offerings such as NexOps-powered manufacturing intelligence, global market data hubs, and forecasting solutions, allowing the company to innovate faster and scale solutions globally.
Speaking on the collaboration, Vijayant Rai, Managing Director, Snowflake India, said, “For manufacturers to achieve true competitive advantage, they need more than just tools – they need a scalable, connected, AI-ready data foundation. NexOps, built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, integrates and standardizes complex data models, enabling predictive insights that are essential to driving business value for a connected value chain in the manufacturing industry. Our partnership with TVS Next is the engine that will empower our joint customers to transition from isolated projects to comprehensive, cross-plant performance visibility, unlock value from AI, and deliver measurable ROI to their leadership teams.”
Vinod Krishnan, MD & CEO, TVS Next, added, “By combining the strength of Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud with NexOps and TVS Next’s Inspire Consulting Framework, we’re giving manufacturers the agility, scalability, and intelligence to operate smarter and greener. This partnership is about turning data into action and action into growth”.
Future Roadmap
TVS Next has strengthened its relationship with Snowflake by becoming a Snowflake AI Data Cloud Services Partner (Select) and is planning joint go-to-market initiatives. The companies will co-develop Snowflake-native accelerators, connected manufacturing programs, and industry-ready solutions.
Looking ahead, TVS Next will continue to use Snowflake as its core platform as manufacturers move towards intelligent, self-optimizing factories, exploring advanced use cases such as conversational AI for operators and AI-driven decision support for plant leaders.
