Bengaluru: Prerna Malhotra has been appointed as Lead – Leadership and Behavioural Development, Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India.
In her new role, Prerna will lead leadership snd behavioral development initiatives at MBRDI.
She will work closely with business and HR leadership to design and deliver impactful learning interventions that support innovation, transformation and sustainable growth.
This will enable a high-performance inclusive culture aligned with Mercedes-Benz Group’s global people strategy at one of the organisation’s most critical global innovation hubs in Bengaluru.
Previously, Prerna worked for five years at Flipkart as a Senior Learning Partner and Learning Business Partner.
Prerna also held various L&D roles at Reliance Industries, MakeMyTrip and IBM.
