Bengaluru: Yogita Shanbhag has been appointed as VP HR at Flipkart.
In her new role, Yogita will strengthen Flipkart’s people and leadership framework.
She will focus on aligning people strategy with business priorities and supporting leadership development.
In turn, Yogita will reinforce a culture in Flipkart that enables scale, agility and sustained performance.
Prior to Flipkart, Yogita served as HR Head India at Juniper Network,s driving strategic HR transformation.
Even earlier, Yogita held multiple HR roles at Wipro.
