Leadership Movement In FMCG HR
In this role, Srinivas will handle the company’s human resources agenda, including talent planning, employee development, and organisational processes. The appointment comes at a time when large FMCG companies are focusing on strengthening workforce capabilities and managing evolving talent requirements.
Srinivas joins Britannia after a career spanning over 19 years at Procter & Gamble, where he last served as Vice President and HR Head for the India Sub-Continent. During his time at P&G, he worked on workforce planning, leadership hiring, and HR operations across multiple markets.

His professional experience includes working across India and international markets such as Southeast Asia and Australia-New Zealand, where he supported HR functions and organisational initiatives.
