Husk Power Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Preeti Ahuja as CPO

With effect from 7 April, Husk Power Systems has named Preeti Ahuja as its Chief People Officer (CPO). With more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive, Ahuja has a track record of advancing business transformation and establishing inclusive workplace policies in multinational corporations.

In an exclusive conversation with CXO Media and APAC Media, Ahuja said:

“I’m excited to begin this new chapter with Husk Power Systems. I believe in the power of people to drive change, and I look forward to building a culture where every individual thrives, feels a sense of belonging, and grows together with purpose.”

Ahuja will lead Husk Power’s worldwide people strategy in her role as the new CPO, coordinating human initiatives with the business’s objective to provide inclusive, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions.

Her main goals will be to create a strong pipeline of future leaders, cultivate a culture of high performance and support creative HR strategies that support operational excellence and business expansion. She will answer directly to Husk Power Systems CEO Manoj Sinha.

Ahuja was a top HR executive at Atlas Copco Group, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, VMware, and Larsen & Toubro before joining Husk Power.

She oversaw major transformation projects in each of these companies, promoted talent and culture integration during mergers, and put digital HR tools into place to expedite personnel procedures.
