Mohammed Wasif, Partner Marketing Director, SAP

Hyderabad: SAP has announced the appointment of Mohammed Wasif as Partner Marketing Director for the India Sub-Continent, further strengthening its leadership team in the region. Wasif brings over 16 years of extensive experience across global technology brands, including Dell and SAP, with proven expertise in partner marketing, inside sales, and operations management.

In his previous role as Lead – Partner Marketing at SAP from October 2021 to May 2025, Wasif played a pivotal role in crafting and executing holistic marketing strategies that empowered SAP’s partner ecosystem. His work focused on demand generation, branding, and enhancing the partner ecosystem across the region. Before rejoining SAP, he served as Deputy General Manager – Operations at Denave, where he managed SAP India’s demand management programs, digital marketing initiatives, and remote team operations. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles, including Inside Sales Manager at Dell EMC, honing his skills in marketing, lead generation, training, coaching, and talent development.

Wasif holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from NIBM and is certified in Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Six Sigma (Green Belt).

Known for his dynamic leadership and strategic vision, Wasif’s appointment is expected to further accelerate SAP’s partner-led growth and marketing transformation across the subcontinent.
