New Delhi: Gunjan Mittal is now in charge of Global Talent Management and Learning Operations at PepsiCo after being promoted to Director of People Experience and Operations.
Through her leadership in HR analytics, reporting, and global transformation initiatives that improve learning delivery and the people experience, she has been instrumental in furthering PepsiCo’s talent agenda since joining the business in 2019.
Before joining PepsiCo, Gunjan spent 14 years at Deloitte, where she held important positions in shared services, employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, and pay.
She has established herself as a strategic leader in international people operations thanks to her ability to combine process excellence with scalable HR solutions.
