New Delhi: After more than 10 years as a prominent contributor, Satish Singh has moved into the position of Chief People Officer (CPO) at PNB Housing Finance Limited.
He led organisational projects spanning business transformation and human capital strategy as the chief operating officer and National Head-HR before this promotion.
Singh gained experience in people development, organisational design and digital HR transformation while holding executive positions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Bharti AXA General Insurance and JSW Steel before joining PNB Housing Finance.
Furthermore, he is anticipated to lead the organisation’s people strategy in his new position, emphasising operational excellence, employee engagement and innovation.
