Bengaluru: Deepak Dobriyal has been appointed as Global Head of Talent & HR Transformation at Biocon Biologics.
In his new role, Dobriyal will lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, performance management, learning, DEIB, ways of working and HR transformation.
He will focus on building a strong talent pipeline for the future, enabling a skill-based learning organisation at Biocon Biologics.
Before joining Biocon Biologics, Dobriyal has worked at Birlasoft, Cognizant, NCR, IBM Global Process Services and Newgen Software Technologies.
