New Delhi: Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd (KFIL) has appointed Ritesh Joshi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a strategic move to strengthen its leadership team amid ongoing organisational expansion within the Kirloskar Group.
Joshi announced his appointment through a LinkedIn post, stating that he has taken on the new role at Kirloskar Ferrous. With nearly three decades of experience in human resources management across diverse industrial sectors, Joshi brings extensive expertise in talent strategy, organisational culture, and workforce transformation.
Before joining KFIL, he served as Regional Senior Director – People and Culture at Vontier India, where he led HR operations and talent initiatives across multiple business units. His earlier roles include senior HR positions at Gilbarco Veeder-Root India, Cummins India, General Motors, and Mahindra & Mahindra, giving him a strong foundation in managing people and culture in both multinational and Indian manufacturing environments.
Joshi holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering and an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His academic background, coupled with his industry experience, positions him to play a key role in shaping HR policies aligned with KFIL’s growth plans.
Kirloskar Ferrous, a part of the Kirloskar Group, operates in the iron casting and pig iron manufacturing space and has been focusing on capacity expansion and operational efficiency in recent years. The appointment of a seasoned HR leader like Joshi is expected to support the company’s evolving workforce strategy and strengthen its human capital framework amid the changing dynamics of the manufacturing sector in India.
