Hyderabad: Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd has announced the appointment of Sanjay Sharma as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
He currently serves as the Global Head of Operations and a member of the company’s senior management and will take on the new role as an additional responsibility from December 1, 2025.
The decision has been taken following the resignation of Archana Bhaskar, who will step down as CHRO on November 30, 2025, the company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
The company stated that the leadership change is part of a planned transition. Sharma will manage HR functions alongside his existing operational role. The company’s Board of Directors approved the decision based on a recommendation from the Nomination, Governance, and Compensation Committee.
Sharma brings more than three decades of experience in FMCG and pharmaceuticals. He has previously worked across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, ESG, and business transformation in both emerging and developed markets.
