New Delhi: Nestlé India has named Nitu Bhushan as its Head – Human Resources, with her appointment set to take effect on March 2, 2026. She will join the company from Pernod Ricard, where she currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her new role, Bhushan will be responsible for leading Nestlé India’s human resources function, including workforce planning, talent development, and leadership capability across the organisation. Her professional experience spans multiple sectors, with prior roles at Abbott, Mondelēz International, and HSBC. This background provides her with exposure to diverse organisational structures and regulatory environments.
