Pune: Shyam R S has been appointed as Head HR – Distribution and Aftermarkets Business at Kirloskar Oil Engines.
In his new role, Shyam will lead the HR strategy for the company’s distribution and aftermarkets operations, based in Pune.
He will focus on strengthening people strategy, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and workforce engagement.
Before Kirloskar Oil Engines, Shyam worked with Cummins India for six years.
Earlier to that, Shyam served for nearly 16 years with the Indian Army as Lieutenant Colonel/ Head – People & Culture.
