Bengaluru: Premalakshmi Ramakrishnan has been appointed as the new Area VP for India and the SAARC region for NetApp.
In this new role, Premalakshmi will spearhead NetApp’s overall sales strategy, focusing on strengthening the customer and partner ecosystem.
Premalakshmi brings to NetApp a proven track record in GTM strategies and business transformation.
She will attempt to achieve at least 70% success rate at NetApp from their digital transformation and GenAI initiatives.
This would require her to follow a robust data strategy and infrastructure capable of managing large-scale AI workloads and deployments.
Premalakshmi joins NetApp from Oracle, where she was VP and Head of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Business for India.
Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Accenture, Cisco and Schneider Electric (APC).
