Gurugram: Mielle Batliwala has been promoted as VP- HR at Sarovar Hotels. Previously, she was serving as AVP – HR at Sarovar Hotels.
In her new role, Mielle will oversee the hotel’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organisational capability and strengthening people practices along the Hotel chain’s expanding footprint.
Previously, before a full-time parenting break, Mielle was associated with different HR roles within the hospitality industry.
Her stints include Marriott International, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, JW Marriott Pune, Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, Marriott International – India and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
