Gurugram: Deepti Kapoor has been appointed as Head HR of DLF Rental Business.
In her new role, Deepti will lead the HR strategy for DLF’s Rental Business.
This will align talent priorities with enterprise growth ambitions while building a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready workforce. Her mandate included strategic business partnership, leadership capability building, talent development, and driving transformation initiatives that enhance organizational agility and competitiveness.
Prior to DLF, Deepti served as MD, Head – People & Culture at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously she has worked in various HR roles ar Max Life Insurance, Turiya Consulting, Aircel, Unitech, HT Media, and ING Vysya Bank.
