Bengaluru: Samarpita Banerjee has been appointed as CHRO of Greaves Electric Mobility.
In her new role, Samarpita will lead the overall people and HR agenda at Greaves.
She will look at aligning talent strategy, organisational design and culture with the company’s priorities across manufacturing, technology and sales.
She will look to build future-ready capabilities, strengthen leadership depth and support the company’s growth in electric mobility.
Earlier, Samarpita served in senior HR roles at Carrier, Solera Holdings and DealerSocket.
Even before that, she held leadership positions at Diageo, Novozymes and Wipro.
