TCS, Zscaler Launch AI-Driven Digital Workspace Solution

TCS and Zscaler launch an AI-powered digital workspace solution combining Zero Trust security, observability and experience analytics to improve productivity and resilience.

New Delhi: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched the TCS Workspace Experience Studio engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience to help companies improve their digital workplaces.

The new solution combines Zero Trust security, real-time monitoring and AI-based analytics to create a smoother and more secure work environment for employees.

TCS said the digital workspace market is expected to cross $160 billion by 2030, with a potential $8 billion opportunity in the next five years. The platform uses Zscaler’s OneAPI to enable digital experience monitoring, better visibility for IT teams and stronger cyber security.

The company has already deployed the solution for a Scottish engineering multinational, where it is expected to improve user productivity by 25 to 30 per cent.

The system can automatically detect and fix issues across applications and infrastructure, reducing downtime and manual work. It also offers personalised insights to employees, helping improve overall digital experience and operational efficiency.

Murali Menon, Global Head – ITIS Offerings & Engineering – Cloud Unit, TCS, said, “CIOs are prioritising the AI infusion to transform workspace experiences, fostering greater collaboration and accelerating innovation. Our strategic partnership with Zscaler is indicative of the ongoing customer shift from traditional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to Experience Level Agreements (XLAs). Leveraging our strengths, TCS and Zscaler deliver enhanced user experiences and optimised application performance across diverse environments that combine TCS Workspace Experience Studio and Zscaler Digital Experience.”
