Gurugram: Digital payments company MobiKwik has appointed Rajat Bansal as Senior Director and Head of Talent Acquisition, strengthening its people leadership.
Bansal brings over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and workforce leadership across technology-led organizations.
Before joining MobiKwik, Bansal served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Freecharge, where he led hiring across both business and technology functions. His earlier roles include stints at Tata 1mg, Damco Solutions, and Quovantis Technologies, giving him exposure to consumer internet platforms as well as enterprise technology services.
At MobiKwik, Bansal will be responsible for shaping the overall hiring strategy, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring recruitment efforts support the company’s business roadmap.
The appointment comes at a time when fintech companies are reassessing their hiring strategies after a phase of rapid expansion. The focus has shifted toward building scalable and cost-efficient teams while ensuring readiness for future growth.
