New Delhi: RPG Group has named Udayan Dutt as its President-Group HR, effective 2 June.
He steps into the role previously held by S Venkatesh, who recently concluded an over 11-year tenure as Vice President-HR at Reckitt Benckiser.
Dutt is anticipated to improve RPG’s people-centric culture by emphasising innovation, inclusion and high-performance techniques. He has over 25 years of expertise in human resources leadership.
As President–Group HR, Dutt will be responsible for fortifying RPG’s talent pipeline through robust leadership development initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate employee engagement and fostering workplace innovation in alignment with emerging global HR trends.
Dutt is a vital asset for the future expansion of RPG Group due to his proficiency in HR strategy, leadership development and employee engagement.
