New Delhi: NLB Services, a U.S.-based digital talent and technology solutions provider, has announced its entry into India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) market with a target to achieve $200 million in revenue over the next five years. The company has also appointed Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer of its GCC vertical to drive global growth across India, North America, Asia, the UK, and Europe. Raghavan, with over 25 years of experience, previously served as CFO at IT services provider ANSR, where he helped establish more than 30 GCCs. His appointment signals NLB’s focus on strengthening its position in the rapidly expanding GCC landscape.
The company said its India GCC will provide services including IT support, security, and regulatory compliance to enterprises entering the domestic market. NLB Services CEO Sachin Alug noted that demand for GCCs is being shaped by enterprises looking for greater value through digital transformation, a shift that aligns with the company’s expertise in technology and workforce solutions. The firm also highlighted that its integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning has improved efficiency and scalability for clients, creating a foundation to expand its GCC-as-a-Service model.
India is projected to host more than 2,100 GCCs by 2030, generating around 3.3 million jobs. With this outlook, NLB Services sees an opportunity to support enterprises in unlocking the next phase of GCC-led growth. The company believes its global reach and end-to-end solutions position it to meet rising demand in the sector.
